the location was favourable - just off all the restaurants and shops and the main bus station and the center of town. had supper enjoying drinks at nearby yates.

The rooms for television.

Our room was neat with television, a table or chair plus comfortable beds & brilliant ensuite. A shower and bath sheets were a plus.

Comfy hotel with pleasant personnel with very good customer service. Marvellous and handy location, by around 150 yards. And close to the town centre, bars, the railway station.

All fine, but cleanliness standards

The kids enjoyed exploring Chantry Park, close by. The staff were cute, and the room was super clean. Wi-Fi was reliable was good.

My kids wished there were more family-friendly dining options nearby.

The room we stayed in had this fantastic view, and the cozy lounge was perfect for unwinding. There's a great little game room and a relaxing TV area where you can kick back after a long day. Just a heads-up, the bathroom could use a bit more space, but that didn't ruin our stay at all! 😊

pleasant stay with room for improvement

The shower provided excellent pressure. I appreciated the firm mattress that supported a good night's sleep. The staff were cute and accommodating .

The overall atmosphere felt a bit stark at times.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. My double room had a clean and modern vibe, and the location is perfect-so close to the town, railway station, and marina. I loved being able to bring takeout back to my room!

Nice place but avoid the hassle

We stayed for 1 night and the shower was awesome, easy to use and perfect temp. Room was super clean, but we had some real trouble with check-in. Staff seemed overwhelmed and the check-in took forever. There was a nice little cafe nearby though, a lifesaver for breakfast.

The compact room was clean and convenient, allowing easy access. I appreciated the friendly staff, who greeted me with a warmth that reminded me of visiting my favorite tea shop. The centralized location made exploring the town a delight.

More storage options would be beneficial for seniors.

Solo traveler, adequate for a budget stay

I really appreciated how friendly the staff were, they were polite and helpful . The room was clean and price was reasonable for what you get, just enough to crash after a long day.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but for a budget option, it did the trick.

I stayed for one night in a double room with a window, and I must say, the location was fantastic, putting me right in the heart of Ipswich. The cleanliness of the room was commendable, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful . The lack of in-room amenities like a kettle was a drawback was great.
